Miikka takes on many roles at Kota Collective: in addition to project management, producing, and design, he also handles the company's administrative tasks and sales. He has a talent for identifying the key questions and challenges in projects and working together with the team to solve them. Miikka has been building brands and producing at Kota for over ten years. Before that, he spent his time on the mountains as a professional snowboarder and freerider — in front of the lens as well as behind the scenes producing shoots for brands. He believes life is better in nature and remains passionate about various outdoor pursuits. Miikka is also a climate activist and serves on the board of Protect Our Winters Finland as both a board member and ambassador.
