Miikka works in many roles at Kota Collective: in addition to the roles of project manager, producer and designer, he handles the company's administrative tasks and sales. He has the ability to identify essential questions and challenges in projects and strive to solve them together with the team. Miikka has been building brands and producing materials at Kota for over ten years. Prior to Kota roamed the mountains as a professional snowboarder and freerider both in front of the lens and producing photos for brands. He believes that life is best spent in nature and continues to practice various sports with passion. Miikka is a climate activist and serves on the board and as an ambassador for Protect Our Winters Finland.
